Fakeaways with Bernie McArd

A fun and practical cooking workshop focused on creating a healthier homemade “fakeaway” version of a takeaway favourite — chicken satay. Participants will learn how to make a flavour-packed satay sauce, prepare tender marinated chicken, and build a balanced meal with simple sides such as rice, noodles, or fresh veg. The session highlights easy techniques, budget-friendly ingredients, and ways to recreate big takeaway flavour at home with less cost and more control over what goes into it.
