A practical, empowering workshop showing participants how to grow nutrient-rich microgreens indoors all year round — perfect for the winter and early spring “hunger months.” Attendees will learn how to set up and care for microgreens at home, using both professional growing trays and simple, low-cost alternatives. The session also highlights the nutritional benefits of microgreens and why they’re an easy way to add fresh, healthy food to everyday meals. Participants leave with the confidence and know-how to start growing their own microgreens immediately.

Join our beginner friendly workshop where you will learn the benefits of body scrubs, including enhanced skin texture, increased circulation, and reduced inflammation. You will get hands on experience making body scrubs using sustainable ingredients and practice srubbing techniques with emphasis on appropriate pressure and circular motion. (Bring along a small pot or jar to take your creations home)

Sew Delicious: Patchworked Pantry Prints

Turn your clothes into a wearable feast. In this playful workshop, we’ll patchwork stylised food motifs - think bold fruit, comfort-food icons, and graphic treats - onto pre-loved garments. Using scrap fabrics and simple appliqué techniques, you’ll add personality, colour, and a pinch of humour to clothing in need of a refresh. No sewing experience needed - just an appetite for making, and please bring along an item of clothing you'd like to work.
