What was the first dish you ever cooked?
Baking Rock buns in my parents kitchen and they literally were rocks :-)

How old were you?
Eight years old

What would your last meal on earth be?
I have a very sweet tooth, so would have to be something with chocolate.

What is your most trusty kitchen tool?
A good spoon.

What is your favourite Irish food?
I love all our vegetables and wild foods that grow here, we have fantastic produce.

What is comfort food for you?
I love a big bowl of creamy pasta, simple to cook after a long day and is like a hug in a bowl.

Who inspired you to become a chef?
Growing up my mother cooked lovely food, her and my dad had travelled a lot and each dish sparked a memory for them and came with a great story.
