Strawberry, Pear and Banana Smoothie
Number of Servings
- A Handful of Strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 of a pear
- 1/2 cup of milk or juice of choice
- 2 tsp sugar (if you want to sweeten it!)
- Ice cubes
- Wash and chop the fruits.
- Add all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add liquid in between.
- Smoothie is ready to serve.
- Garnish with fruits.
